A Man and His Dream

Tony Rocchetta, after years of research and study, has managed to bring to light an ancient, native, and lost seed, "La Chiattulidda". Thanks to the Experimental Consortial Station for Sicilian Cereal Cultivation, it has been authenticated and certified as a variety registered in the national register of conservation seeds. Cultivation was followed by processing through sustainable models with a controlled supply chain. Bringing to light a dry pasta, with the brand of his cultural association "Quintessenza", the format designed is in the shape of Sicily, "I Siciliani". Demonstrating an intense gesture of love for his land that has cost many sacrifices.
